234 Commonwealth Avenue
One of Beta Gamma Epsilon’s greatest assets is our fraternity house in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood.
Acquired in the 1940s, our house is a 5 story, Victorian-era brownstone in one of the world’s nicest neighborhoods. The house has a beautiful foyer and multiple living rooms, a roof deck, meeting and study room with a gas fireplace, as well many bedrooms featuring couches, TVs, lofted beds, and WiFi.
Located on Commonwealth Avenue, the house is in the center of Boston, and within easy walking distance of the Northeastern Campus, the Prudential Center, the Boston Common, the Charles River and countless restaurants, clubs, cafes and theaters.
